아래 4항에서 님의 질문한게 나오는 것 같습니다.
"4. Grant of License. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable license to use the Content within the United States of America, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You may use the Content personally unless you are a current, fully-paid Freeze.com subscriber. If you are paying subscriber you may also use the Content as permitted under the Subscriber Agreement. 이 중, "You may use the Content personally unless you are a current, fully-paid Freeze.com subscriber." 유료가입자가 아닌 경우 개인적으로만 이 콘텐츠를 사용할 수 있다고 하네요.

미국에서만 사용할수 있다는 내용도 있군요;;

저작권에 전혀 구애받지 않는 것이 아니라 아마도 사용권에 전혀 구애받지 않는 이미지를 말씀하시는 것 같은데 그 경우 이미지 사이트에서 CD로 구입하셔야 합니다. 이곳 디자인몰에서도 판매를 하는데 CD를 추천해 드린 이유는 CD 자료의 경우 대개 온오프라인 겸용입니다. 가격도 낱장 몇 개 값이고 가끔 행사를 할 때 구입하면 보다 저렴하게 구입할 수 있습니다.

저도 오래 전에 알만한 사이트들 CD만 30여장 확보를 했고 자체적으로 모은 것만 20장 정도 되는데 모두 그림의 떡으로만 쳐다봅니다. 오래된 자료는 CD에서 읽히지도 않아 상당수는 버렸습니다. 당장 웹에 한장만 써도 바로 티가 나니 미련도 없더군요.
이후 하도 답답해서 직접 사진기 들고 나가서 찍고 그도 아니면 일러스트로 그립니다.
